I’ve had the pleasure of working with Juno when applying for a teaching position in Korea and must say that I was thoroughly impressed with her professionalism and her interest in helping me. I actually happened to fall upon Korvia Recruiting by chance after researching over the net in regards to how to choose a recruiter. I was skeptical at first because there were so many negativities revolving around recruiters that I was almost contemplating cutting the middle man out and going straight to the schools or programs myself, but because of the difficulties of finding schools and such, I was left at the mercy of the recruiters. Thankfully, Juno was able to dispel such thoughts and was able to work with me. She was upfront about my situation in regards to my background and the fact that schools would be hesitant to take me due to flight risk (was overqualified), but after assuring her of my commitment to the program, she relentlessly worked to find schools and assuage their concerns. She gave me suggestions on how I could help the situation and make the search easier for the both of us. I was at first adamant about a position in Seoul, but when finally opening up the idea to being placed elsewhere, Juno was able to locate a position within several days. She kept in mind of my criteria of the location and environment of which I would like to be placed, and must say that after close to three weeks here, I am more than satisfied. I can’t guarantee that everyone will receive the same results that I got, but I am confident that the staff at Korvia will help in whatever way possible to get you a teaching position.
